Furniture is typically not available for purchase online. It is a special
request item that is completely customized to your needs.
Below is a gallery of items I have made with a brief description and a price if
that exact item were to be sold. Shipping costs vary.

This is a bookshelf with cabinet below. It is made with Birch plywood and
solid maple. All shelves are adjustable and the two parts disconnect for
easy moving. Light brown stain with a varnish finish.
it measures approx. 7' tall X 3' wide X 1' deep for selves and 1.5' deep for
cabinet. Cost: $2000

This is a country style kitchen table with windsor style chairs. I bought
these pieces as bare furniture parts. I assembled, stained and finished
the pieces. Most of the wood surface was dyed with a rich, reddish-brown
dye. The arched backs and table apron were ebonized with a black dye.
Everything was finished with varnish finish. The table top received
several coats of varnish before it was rubbed to a satin finish.
Table measures 4' X2.5' X 30"high. Cost: table - $800 Chairs -
$150/each

Is it a table or is it a desk? I made this table/desk for a friend works
at home but doesn't like traditional desks. All he really wanted was a
table big enough for his computer and piles of papers. I convinced him to
let me put in a small pencil drawer and I put in a side extension for when he
needs just a little more space. The pencil drawer actually has two
compartments but the back compartment is kind of like a secret compartment as it
can only be accessed if you flip a small latch on the underside of the table.
The table is also about 3" taller than standard height as he is very tall and
therefore, needs lot of leg room. It is made of Walnut. The drawer
sides are aspen that are hand-cut half-blind dovetailed to the front and the
drawer bottom is birch plywood. Finished with an oil-based stain followed
by several coats of an oil-based wipe on polyurethane.
Measures appox. 5'X3'X39" Cost: $2300

This is a folding table. It is strong enough to have me lie on it.
It was a project I did so my wife and I would have enough table seating for a
party we had. It has a 2X4 frame and legs. The edge is trimmed with
1 inch white pine and the top is 1/2 inch birch plywood. All exposed
surfaces were finished with several coats of orange shellac.
Table measures approx. 8' X 3' X 3' high when unfolded. It is about 4' X
3' X 5" when folded. Cost: $600

These are two model train display cases I made for a family member. The
tall one is for N-scale trains, the wide one is for HO-scale trains. They
are made of oak with a hand made walnut knob on the door. Finished with a
honey maple stain followed by a water-based polyurethane. They have a
magnetic closure and are designed to either stand alone or be hung on a wall.
(*note: the glass for the doors was not installed for shipping
purposes)
Each case measures Approx. 22"X13" X 3" - 4" (depth varies
depending on which scale train was to be displayed)
Cost: $200 each

This is a wine rack I designed and made for a family member. It can hold
up to 12 bottles of wine and 12-18 wine glasses; the top can also act as a shelf
for display or pouring wine if the rack is mounted low. It is made of
cherry with walnut accents - hand-cut inlay keys which support the front end of
the glass holders and a walnut lip on the front edge of the shelf.
Finished with a coat of clear shellac followed by a water-based polyurethane.
It hangs on a cherry bracket that is mounted on the wall (not shown).
Rack measures approx. 25"X15"X10" Cost: $350

Not really a piece of furniture but it is for display. This is a brochure
display. I made this for a family member who raises alpacas (a cousin of
the llama) and takes them to shows. This display hangs on the fence used
to pen the animals. The lid acts as a little table top when opened as
shown in the picture. It is made of maple with hand-cut dovetail corners,
birch plywood framed with solid maple for the lid, and birch plywood for
the back. Finished with a water-based dye, clear shellac, and finally a
water-based polyurethane.
Case measures approx. 25"X18"X4" Cost: $300

This is a Skein winder. A member of our family has started to spinning the
fiber from the alpacas (a cousin of the llama) another family member is raising.
This winder was made to be somewhat collapsible as the post comes out of the
base and the base comes apart as it is only held together with dovetails.
One could remove the post easily if need be using just a couple of wrenches.
The pegs fit into the holes which are positioned to give either 1, 1.5, or 2
yards per turn which makes for easy measuring of the total length of the skein.
Winder measures approx. 3.5' the the highest, approx. 2' wide, and approx. 10"
deep. Cost: $100

This is a Lazy Kate. It is used as part of the spinning process if one
wants to make a multi-ply yarn (which most yarns are). This one is
designed to hold up to 4 bobbins (of the Louet type) and has an adjustable
tension. It's a bit crude-looking because I made it in a hurry, but it
works very well.
Base measures approx. 12"X7" Cost: $50
